Sales Manager – Latin America
Shofu Dental Corporation, an industry leader in manufacturing quality professional dental products is seeking an experienced Sales Manager for our Latin America territory
Location: seeking a candidate based in Florida. Works out of own residence.
Job Description
- Manage and grow sales of clinical / operatory products in Latin America.
- Identify additional dealers in the region who will promote, stock, and sell Shofu products.
- Train local dealer sales people to sell key Shofu products.
- Assist in local clinical education and promotional efforts and in product evaluations by local Key Opinion Leaders.
- Assess whether to appoint local Shofu promoter sales persons in selected key countries to boost sales growth.
- Work closely with existing Brazilian dealer, Labordental, to promote new clinical products.
- Develop sales and marketing activities, with the support of the marketing department, to improve Shofu’s business in the region.
- Accountable for P&L management of region by securing results of the agreed budget.
- Support and collaborate with the President and Director of Sales in the management of the business.
Background and Requirements
- Minimum 3 years dental sales experience.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
- Ability to travel 50% of time, including some weekends for dental conventions.
- Significant experience working with dental dealers.
- Latin American multi-country sales experience a big plus.
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Results Driven Attitude.
- High energy level a must

- Compensation based on experience and includes competitive base salary, commissions plus full benefits package.
